1. Open the beplated Events app and sign in.
2. Open the Settings tab and tap "Delete account".
3. Enter your password and tap "Delete my account".

Your account is deleted straight away and you are signed out on this device.

The app cannot delete your account while:

• one of your events is published. Close it first from the event's Overview, because attendees and vendors still depend on it.
• money is still held for you in your Stripe payout account. Wait until it has been paid out.
• the same login is also used for a beplated restaurant account. In that case, request deletion by email.

If you no longer have the app or cannot sign in, email sam@beplated.com from the email address of your account and ask us to delete your beplated Events account.

We confirm your request and delete your account within 30 days. We may ask you to confirm that the account is yours before we delete it.

• Your login and organizer profile: name, email address and password.
• Draft events that have no vendors yet, with everything in them.
• The guest lists of all your events: guest names, email addresses and ticket codes.
• Outreach emails and campaigns you created, including scheduled ones, which are cancelled.
• Your push notification tokens and your consent records.

• Closed events and drafts that already have vendors are detached from you and kept without their guest lists, because vendors' applications and sales records depend on them. We keep them for as long as German tax and commercial law requires, which is up to 10 years.
• Crash reports and usage analytics are stored under a random user ID, not your name or email address. Crash reports are deleted automatically after 90 days. If you also want your usage analytics removed, say so in your email.
• If you received payouts, Stripe keeps its own records of them under Stripe's retention rules.

To delete specific data without deleting your account, for example the guest list of a past event or your usage analytics, email us at sam@beplated.com.
